  A very interesting city hotel with lots of history and atmosphere, our room had a great view towards the river and it was spacious and warm the bathroom was huge and clean, the breakfast was very tasty and plentiful with eggs cooked to order and a great selection of cold meats and cheeses plus all the usual breakfast stuff, the bar was very nice and the barmaid was very nice and friendly also the food in the bar was delicious if you want a smaller dinner rather than a three course meal.

  I stayed here 26 years ago and I promised I'd never stay again. They didn't have AC and it was a miserable night. Fast forward to yesterday night on our way home from Asturias. Another hot night. This time the AC was not working correctly but they changed my room and eventually the AC worked. The pool is lovely and clean but so so cold. Lunch was delicious but breakfast was ok. They only had coconut and soy yogurt. The croissants were lovely. The fresh tumaca fantastic. I'd love to give out a 4 out of 5. Maybe next time
